IDC Prerequisites & Requirement’s

Prerequisites for

PADI Assistant Instructor Course

  • Be certified as a PADI Divemaster or hold an equivalent leadership certification with another training organisation
  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Have a medical clearance, signed by a physician, not older than 1 year
  • Show proof of 60 dives and have been a certified diver for at least 6 months
  • Submit verification of CPR and First Aid training within the past 2 yearsDolphintraining

PADI Open Water Scuba Instructor Course

  • Be certified as a PADI Assistant Instructor or be an instructor of another, recognized training organisation for at least six months
  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Have a medical clearance, signed by a physician, not older than 1 year
  • Show proof of 60 dives and have been a certified diver for at least 6 months
  • Submit verification of CPR and First Aid training within the past 2 years

  • Medical examination form declaring your fitness for diving, signed by your physician, not older than 12 months
  • Verification of C.P.R and First Aid training within the past 24 months
  • Dive history Logbook
